Political Dialogue and Civil Society Engagement

By definition, political dialogue is seen as “the exchange of views that presupposes the presence of at least two entities” – sometimes the entities in question could be political parties, sometimes civil society organizations, sometimes trade unions, and ideally they can be a combination of all.

The cooperation between the different types of entities and the functionalization and materialization of their joint concepts and strategies often give the ultimate result in the form of Social Cohesion – a process that is fully supported by the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung in North Macedonia and all of its offices worldwide.

Political Dialogue and Civil Society Engagement are part of the basic pillars that lead to a functional democracy and are processes that need to be continuously nurtured and maintained in each society.
